  •  All orders currently ship for $6.95 flat rate. 
  • Packages are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail and should arrive within 2-7 business days. 
  • At this time, upgraded shipping such as second day or overnight shipping is not available.
  • Orders ship the next business day. (We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays)
  • Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping.
  • At this time shipping is only offered within the U.S. (contiguous states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Please note that items may arrive in separate packages.
 

ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY


     Your product(s) must be returned new, unused within fifteen days of the receipt of your order. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received with these specified conditions. 
     Send all returns directly to Walter Knabe ONLINE STORE, Attn: Returns, 200 South Rangeline Road #217, Carmel, IN 46032.
     To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.
     We will inspect and process your return. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt to Walter Knabe ONLINE STORE, 200 South Rangeline Road #217, Carmel, IN 46032.
     Posting to your credit card account could take an additional 10 days depending on your credit card company.
     You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.
     All promotional offers listed at WalterKnabe.com cannot be combined with any other offers or previous promotions and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

All correctly returned products purchased through WalterKnabe.com will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded.
