VIEW WALL COVERING INSTALLATIONS

Pattern for Walter contains a narrative that is a language all its own. We love creating fabrics and wall coverings that imbue the space and rooms that they occupy in such a way as to invite you in and add to the entire story but not dominate it.

Our stock and custom capabilities can provide you with exactly what you need from our unique wall coverings, machine printed velvets to our hand printed silks and chenilles.

We are excited to now be offering both hand printed and machine printed fabrics. Our hand printed fabrics are still second to none. While our machine printed fabrics are offered in many substrates including exceptional upholstery, velvet and suede.

All fabrics are available in stock and custom colors, and our custom capabilities make the possibilities endless!

VIEW ARTWORK INSTALLATIONS

Walter's Artwork is at the core of everything we do. The artwork is where Walter enters his own world and creates the positive heartfelt stories that speak to all of us.

Walter believes that all of the artwork should bring us positive feelings through the use of iconic images and colors and textures that are emotionally uplifting.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to return or exchange any Walter Knabe product in new and unused condition within 14 days of delivery date. Our returns policy is not applicable to Walter Knabe gift cards, artwork, fabric or wall covering.

We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price and applicable sales tax, less shipping, within 14 days of receipt of returned product to Walter Knabe ONLINE STORE 1134 East 54th Street Suite H Indianapolis, IN  46220. Posting to your credit card account could take an additional 10 days depending on your credit card company.

Step 1: Email Walter Knabe for a RMA Code

Please send an email to customerservice@walterknabe.com for a RMA code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. In your email, please specify your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Step 2: Download and Complete Refund/Exchange Form

Download the form found on this page and follow the instructions for completing the form and returning/exchanging your purchase.

Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage via a tracked method. To ensure your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided. Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
